Ms. Folan is a Vice President with Stern Brothers Valuation Advisors and has been involved in the areas of finance and business valuation since 2011. She began her career with the Federal Reserve Bank of Kansas City and joined Stern Brothers in 2012.

Ms. Folan has achieved a well-recognized professional designation awarded in the business valuation profession. She is a Chartered Financial Analyst (“CFA”) having successfully passed three comprehensive, rigorous examinations involving equity and fixed income securities analysis, financial accounting, quantitative analysis, economics, portfolio management, and ethical and professional standards. She received a Bachelor of Science degree from William Jewell College with a major in business and economics and a Master’s Degree in Finance from the University of Missouri, Kansas City.

Ms. Folan performs appraisal and consulting assignments on a regular basis averaging approximately 30 each year. She is a member of numerous professional and civic organizations and associations including the CFA Institute and the American Society of Appraisers.
